At Barehead, we place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and aim to ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible. Here, you will find all the essential information regarding our shipping costs and delivery times.

Within Germany:

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of 7.90 Euros. However, if your order value is 150 Euros or more, we offer free shipping within Germany. If we receive your payment before 1:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day via DHL and typically arrives within 1-3 business days.

Outside Germany:

For deliveries outside Germany, we charge a flat rate of 19.90 Euros for shipping. Please note that we exclusively deliver to the following DHL zones:

• Zone 1: EU + non-EU: This zone includes the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Czech Republic.
• Zone 2: EU + non-EU: This zone encompasses Andorra, Great Britain, Italy, San Marino, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, and the Vatican City.
• Zone 3 EU: This zone covers the following countries: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, and Cyprus.

Delivery times for shipments outside Germany may vary depending on the destination.

For deliveries to addresses outside these zones, please feel free to inquire about shipping costs on an individual basis. Our customer service is available to assist you with specific requests.
